Scrambled egg was topped on mushroom. It was mixed with black truffles which created a strong and distinctive odor (just like the burger I introduced yesterday). Portobello mushroom was grilled perfectly and filled with the sauce. It created a smooth and chewy texture together with the scrambled egg. Yumyum!
